Your home will be listed in The Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS Multiple listing system as well as the Real-Comp system. Most homes are sold by REALTORS through these systems!

Your home will be listed on my website as well as REALTOR.com. As with every other business the Internet has changed the way homes are bought and sold. 90% Of the Internet calls I receive are generated form REALTOR.com

Your home will be featured on the the most important and widely seen real estate web sites. Trulia, Yahoo, MoveInMichigan and many more.

Agent Feedback
After showings I will contact the agents and get feedback from the potential buyer.

Negotiation
When an agent presents me with an offer on your home I will determine your net proceeds from the sale and recommend a strategy for responding. I have negotiated over 500 contracts for Guenther Building Company and in most cases I am able to raise the offer by 5-10% from first offer to final contract.

Once the contract is signed I will coordinate all the inspections, appraisal, title insurance, contingency removals and preparation of the closing package.
